For over a century and across four generations, the Alvarez family has cultivated coffee in El Salvador. Their award-winning farms thrive on the verdant hills of Santa Ana, located in the west of the country. Beneath the mild climate and rich volcanic soils, the perfect environment for growing coffee is created.
El Salvador Borbollon is a premium blend of hand-picked coffee beans from neighbouring farms La Reforma and Santa Maria. Expertly harvested from December until March by trained pickers, this coffee offers superior quality and full-bodied flavour.
