RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY STATEMENT

Thank you for shopping with Jasper’s Coffee. We want to ensure you have a satisfying experience with our products. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy below:

RETURNS

Non-consumable goods

We gladly accept returns for any equipment or faulty goods. To initiate a return, please send the unused equipment or merchandise in its original packaging to:

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. For non-faulty goods, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of return is required, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

For faulty goods, we will provide prepaid return labels for your convenience. Simply drop off the package at a depot of our choosing.

Consumable goods

While we aim for your complete satisfaction with our coffee products, given that coffee is a consumable good, we can only replace or refund coffee if it is found to be faulty or damaged. To begin this process, please contact our Customer Service team via email at info@jasperscoffee.co.uk. They are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Our team will work diligently with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
