Lot Details:
This lot is the production of farmers from the Halo Beriti kebele in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe where farms are located outside the village ranging from 2150 to 2250. After the harvest, the cherries purchased locally are processed at Ephtah Coffee’s privately owned site in Lalesa, which spans 3.5 hectares. The cherries are carefully sourced from local male and female farmers in the surrounding area and after sorting and floating is left to dry on African raised beds, over a period of 12 to 15 days.
